Overview

The Order Management function provides comprehensive and detailed order processing and tracking tools. It assists administrators in real-time updating and monitoring order statuses, retrieving detailed information, managing refunds, and after-sales services, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and customer service quality. Additionally, this function clearly displays real-time order data, facilitating performance analysis and strategic planning.

Main Features

Order List View

Through the order list page, administrators can intuitively view all order information, including order number, description, customer name, contact information (phone number or email), payment amount, payment method, installment status, order creation and payment dates, and current processing status.

The order list provides the following filter options:

  • Date range: Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month
  • Transaction type: All, Paid, Pending payment, Canceled
  • Transaction status
  • Payment amount

The top of the list shows statistical data for successfully paid, pending payment, and canceled orders, helping administrators grasp the overall order status instantly. Moreover, administrators can sort orders by various fields and export data as Excel or PDF for further analysis and reporting.

Order Details Page

Clicking on an order number opens the details page, presenting comprehensive order information, including:

  • Product name and detailed specifications
  • Quantity and unit price of each product
  • Product discount details (if applicable)
  • Total order amount
  • Third-party payment transaction number
  • Payment method and amount
  • Member information (account, name, email, phone number)
  • Invoice information (invoice number and amount)
  • Recipient information (name, address, contact number)
  • Shipping method and logistics tracking status

Through this details page, administrators can quickly understand the complete order picture, facilitating subsequent customer service and issue resolution.

Real-time Order Status Updates

Administrators can swiftly and flexibly update order statuses based on actual progress, such as Paid, Awaiting shipment, Shipped, In transit, Completed, Processing refund, or Canceled, ensuring information remains timely and accurate. The system also offers batch update functionality, enabling simultaneous handling of multiple orders.

Upon status updates, the system automatically sends notifications via email or mobile phone to customers, greatly enhancing service transparency and customer satisfaction.

Refund and After-sales Service Management

This module provides a complete refund and after-sales service workflow, including:

  • Receiving refund requests
  • Reviewing refund applications
  • Confirming refund amounts
  • Processing refunds

  2. Quickly locate specific orders using the search function on the order list page, or browse all orders.

  5. Upon receiving refund or after-sales service requests, navigate to the corresponding management page and follow the designated procedures.
